Shipping
We offer domestic shipping in the United States, and a fixed shipping price of $8 is added at the checkout page. Any costs exceeding $8 will be covered by Fantastical Wicks.

Wax Type
For candles, we use a Coconut Apricot wax blend, which is considered a luxury wax due to the cleaner burn with less soot and its smooth, creamy finish. It has a significantly slower burn than most widely available paraffin candles and is an excellent alternative for those that prefer plant-based waxes with a decent, lasting fragrance throw. The Coconut Apricot blend is also made from renewable resources, unlike paraffin wax, which is made from non-renewable sources.
Returns
At Fantastical Wicks, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you need to return a candle due to damages, please email us at fantasticalwicks@gmail.com. Additionally, we offer exchanges in which we will send a new candle once there is confirmation that the old once has been sent back.
After Care
Once the candle is used up and the jar has cooled, use alcohol wipes or isopropyl alcohol to clean the remaining wax and wick-sticker inside the jar. Washing with water makes it harder to get the wax off thoroughly and may damage the label for those that may want to keep the jar for any other uses - to store other objects in your reading nook or pooja room.
